My goal is to get your customers to act, whether that means planning a trip (how?!), buying gear (which stuff?!), or booking a night somewhere amazing (but where?!) by empowering them to make a decision. This builds trust between you and your clients so that the next time they have questions or are making plans, they come directly to you.
